We have 2, 1 bedroom floorplans. The small 1 bedroom is 418 sq ft & the large 1 bedroom is 564 sq ft. We also offer a 2 bedroom floor plan that has 2 large walk in closets with 752 sq ft.

Rents vary depending upon unit styles as well as any upgrades that are within the unit. In addition to the base rent there is a parking fee of $25, Real Estate Allocation fee of $15, as well as a $5 storage fee. Pet fees vary so please ask for this information when contacting us. It is suggested that you contact our leasing office to get the most up to date rate information.

We offer 2 swimming pools, 2 newly updated dog parks, a pet spa, 2 state of the art fitness centers, a business center located within our leasing office with wi fi, 2 on site laundry facilities, covered BBQ pavilion, & a newly renovated sports court.

Yes, we offer 2 enclosed dog parks, acres of common areas for walking, as well as a pet spa.

You can apply for an apartment at callawayapts.com or you can come by our leasing office & fill this out in person. Our application fees are $50 per adult & holding fee of $300. You must be able to provide an ID as well as proof of income. All applicants are also screened through a third party screening company.

Yes, every apartment has an assigned, covered parking space. We also have uncovered guest parking located throughout the property.

Utilities are not included. Residents are responsible for power, gas, water, sewer, trash, & CAM Fees.

UTA bus stops are located outside of our property. The Trax station is located approximately 1 mile from the community. We are centrally located with easy access to I-15 & I-215.

Smith's Grocery store, Walmart Super Center, Target, Harmon's Grocery. Entertainment options nearby located at Valley Fair Mall, including Megaplex Cinemas. Other theaters include Regal & Cinemark Century. We are located 10 minutes for downtown SLC which provide several entertainment options.

Our community borders Meadowbrook Golf Course & is less than a block from the Jordan River Parkway providing miles of trails for walking, running, & cycling. The community is also near Murray Park located approximately 5 minutes from the property. Access to many hiking trails located in Millcreek, Little Cottonwood, & Big Cottonwood Canyons are easily accessible due to our proximity to I-15.

Callaway is centrally located with most major shopping & entertainment within 10 minutes of the community.
